Graceygummy's dad passed away on sat. it was sports day, and we had been wondering what happened when she dint turn up. it was really sad and sudden for her, and for us i guess. he just died in his sleep because of some lung infection, which led to heart failure. i've never seen Graceygummy so vulnerable and hurt before, and i've never felt so helpless since my grandad's death and my mom cried. it totally reminded me how fragile life was, how the Fates could play you a good hand and swipe it all away with a mocking grin. to think that anyone, anytime, could just .. go. just like Dory. it just made me appreciate life more, and i hope to cherish every single moment i have here with all the people i love. |
