it's a brand new year, so i thought i'd start with a to-do list: one. FLY TO TAIWAN AND BUY HALF OF IT DOWN. XD nah, it's all that toopid Jeska, making me so e-n-v-i-o-u-s when i see all the pretty pretty black and red stuff she got. but this could be hard to accomplish though, considering the fact that one of my mom's colleagues got retrenched and now my mom's stuck with twice the workload. )= so it looks like her plan for going to taiwan in april [hopefully with me? XD] will just fall through. two. change my damn blogskin. wow, i can hear relieved sighs all around. well, i'm pretty sick of Jun here. currently screwing with Photoshop again, and this skin will prolly be dumped in the Blogskins scrappile. three. earn as much moolah as i can, in preparation for the coming cosplays. eep. i better start OTing. but i am so ready to get out of Polar. i don't think i can stand it soon. [and is it my imagination, or is that person always observing me? i'm getting kinda creeped out. and R is so obviously finding fault with everything i do. well POX HER. i'll stick along and show her that i can do my job fine. heh.]

ok, this is just one of those backtrack posts. 19-201206 CHALET TIME! finally, after that really tiring EOY06, it was time to just slack! but the weather was really bad, raining like cats and dogs. don't get me wrong, i absolutely love rainy days, but i mean, it's a chalet, meaning BARBEQUE, meaning OUTDOORS, meaning NICE WEATHER where the food isn't rainsoaked. oh well, it was STILL fun. Mel and Jeska and i were the first to arrive, but we had to wait for FFG and Ninjaroo because you needed a legal adult to check in. [how lame is that?] the room wasn't too bad compared to the sec2 class one, prolly because it was considered a deluxe room? at least it had aircon. ok, long story short, basically we [as in the manga bunch] spent the whole night and morning glued to the ps2. call us a buncha freaks, but it was still FUN and GREAT. *grin* it was mostly the guys playing though, [duh they're guys], but i had fun just randomly whacking the buttons in Soul Calibur III and frenzily playing PopnMusic. the latter was SUCH a cute game, but sadly its kawaii exterior revealed a terrifyingly highspeed game. XD the barbeque wasn't started til like 11pm, because of the stupid rain. and we could barely finish half the food sadly, because we had stuffed ourselves with chips galore. it was kinda pathetic because we had to overturn the chair and use it for the pit base, and when we were done with it it's legs were charred and uneven, i felt kinda sorry for it. *shhhh dunt tell anyone* after midnight, Lynette went on her post-midnight syndrome and launched into this really horrible done-on-purpose fake french accent and fought for Mel's pillow, which of course left us all screaming in laughter. then around 3am, somehow we ended up listening to all those scary recounts of Pulau Tekong and the "things" there. thank goodness i'm not a guy and have to go for army training. *shudders* i think i finally passed out around 4am, along with Mel and Jeska, as well as Poxy and Darren. as usual, OtakuJon, ZakaryPG, FFG and Ninjaroo took turns sleeping and fiddling with the ps2. how on earth do they have the energy? i woke up bleary, but still feeling good. XD we should definitely do this again. |
