right right i know this space has been watched and people are bored. photos are here, finally, though they aren't of great quality. D: TEH WEDDING! - a union of a Math teacher and a Chemistry teacher. also another excuse for us all to get together without actually planning anything. :B soooo. it was held in this Clementi Bible Center which was so darn ulu. [well it was right next to Ginza Plaza which was super convenient for Clarence the West Coast boy but for suburb n00bs like me it was.. @__@]  dull-looking little place ain't it. Ginza Plaza was under construction next door.  i came early in a cab with Dinky and i didn't want to leave the semi-tinted windows of the cab. felt totally unsure of myself after we got there and we saw some people milling about, and they looking like they were from our batch too. were they? can't really remember. from the F class and therefore didn't really know anyone. but HUZZAH YEN YEE TO THE RESCUE!! haven't seen her in agesssss. still so cute. :B  saw Lissa as well, so we weren't really alone anymore. she was from the other girl clique back in class, but she was a nice person. :]  the rest finally came! after camwhoring in front of someone's webcam.. T__T *cough* you know who you are.. anyways. more camwhoring while sitting in the back pews. we WEREN'T banished there, just one of the few groups which came into the hall last.  i was on the left and therefore in charge of pressing the shutter button. Finny the awesum camwhore goddess guided my hand.  Colin Seow and the rest of the guys sitting next to us, who are not currently visible in this photo. is this why Finny wanted to enter that row of seats first, so she could sit next to a certain somebody.. ? /gets bricked and oh noes. i didn't snap any shots of the other guys! oh well. they'll live another day for my camera. :D  another shot, because he was making weird faces in the previous shot. he still looks like he's making that weird face though. or maybe it's his permanent expression. i can still remember how he and Finny used to sit together in Math class [seating arranged by le teacher] and accuse the other of watching porn. come to think of it, they sat together in most classes because their register numbers were consecutive. coincidence or.. ? /gg  i don't remember this shot. @__@ i don't like upnose shots! D<  Dinky and Char sitting in front of us. they caught the camwhoring bug soon enough.  le bride and goon! i mean, groom. lucky this didn't come out blur or unfocused, because i had to zoom like 2/3 just to get a clear shot without heads.  zoom 100%!! couldn't catch Miss Liang's face.. ]:  he's lifting her veil! there were some sniggers here because her veil got tangled in her hair. lawl.  KISS THE BRIDE KISS THE BRIDE KISS THE BRIDE KISS THE BRIDE! and no, i couldn't get a shot of le kiss. it was more of a peck. @__@  the best i could zoom in on. ignore the random people on the side. and Dinky's head happily obscuring my view. and then it was LUNCHHHHHHHHHH. hungry adolescents on the rampage! the caterer was awesum though, with spiffy utensils and omgawt the fooooooooood. there was Shepherd's Pie and SUSHI! and prawns and broccoli and oodles of noodles and Mee Siam and Mango Pudding and CAKE and YAM PASTE! the best teochew desssert ever. whoever's family side was teochew, i thank you.  found Stanley the Seah! lookit at Finny's hand *cough*  geeeesh i'm not THAT short.  group shot! too bad it was only 5 of us, the other 2 were MIA. ]: and we were faithful enough to deck out in purple! although that really wasn't mandatory.. but due to SOMEONE.. *stares daggers at the innocent-LOOKING person on the right*  we found Nilawan! *squish squish squish squish* after the whole thing and the deliciously free food, we hopped over to The Cathay, decided to chill at B&j's.  act cuuuuuuuuuuuuute. can't stand it when you do that "angelic face" thing when everyone who knows you well enough know that you're a semi-sadist at heart, Finny. XD  Christine and Char! was that a failed attempt to pick your nose? /gets shot couldn't stay long, but oh well. i had fun seeing and being with you guys. AWESUM, really. and CONGRAAAAAAATS to Mr Tan and the used-to-be Miss Liang but now Mrs Tan. we should do this again, but without the hassle of the wedding portion. just get out there with ALL OF US PRESENT and just hang out! JUNE YEAH. |
