[next time it's my treat!] can't believe we had like what, 4 months worth to catch up on. hahahaha thanks for listening to my ramble. it really helps. [i agree with what you said, girls are mostly more insecure and oversensitive when it comes to certain issues. haha hope things work out fine on your side too.] see you soon yeah? during the week, when we talked and laughed and we had to cooperate while sharing a room.. it felt like i could understand.. just a bit. it felt like there was a faint connection being made. like mebbe things will work out and we won't turn out to be like all those people with their false pleasantries every time we see each other. hah. somehow, it feels like when you don't see people for a while, you start to feel.. distant. detached. like there's a growing void inside of you, an empty space that doesn't seem able to be filled. and all the insecurities and fears come rushing in..

so yeah i'm back from Macau/HK! to be honest, i didn't really want to go overseas, i mean, lookit at our homework! [maya maya maya oh gawt] so it didn't really seem like a very appropriate time to be traipsing off anywhere, you know? 'sides, once i get into the vacation mood, it's tough to get out of it. D8 lucky for me, the trip this time wasn't enough to make me go wild and high or anything. Macau was actually a pretty quaint place, a couple of days were enough to just about catch anything of significance. [..shopping? no no no, HK is good for that. veeeeery good indeed. :B] most of the photos were of Macau, since i've never been there. as for HK, come on everyone knows what HK looks like. if you don't, Google is your best friend. trekked all over looking for this obscure little beancurd stall, cuz my dad could never get the taste out of his system. omagwt dog-cement camouflage. temple up the hill.. a glimpse of the ruins of the St Paul Cathedral, one of Macau's most famous landmarks, from a side alley.. The Grand Lisboa. want to know why it's so grand? click lobster for you Ange. my mother went nuts at this shop. the Portugese egg tarts were heavenly here. the infamous ruins of the St Paul cathedral.. went up the Macau Sky Tower, standing at 338 m tall. glass floor oh gawt oh gawt D8888 apparently this is the world's highest spot to bungee jump off. and i read that bungee jump was 笨猪跳 in chinese, literally stupid pig jump. i actually burst out laughing when i read it. no way you'll catch me out there jumping off.. lookit at all the brave souls.. also went to the Maritime Museum for some education on Macau and fishing. various methods of fishing.. i forgot all their names but they were pretty fascinating.. damn we Chinese were ingenious back then. check out the various primitive boats of the respective countries. which one looks like they'd last the longest at sea? Japan's raft Fiji Island's bamboo raft Indonesia's Pirogue with double outriggers China's inflated goatskin raft India's rowing catamaran Africa's papyrus raft South America's bark boat North America's canoe Europe's dugouts Macau Sky Tower from the outside here we are at The Venetian! Macau's 6-star hotel. this place was huuuuuuuge. the third-largest building in the world, as well as the largest casino, according to Wiki. guess which one we headed for.. the inside of the casino, as seen when going up the escalator i spy a Haagen Daz.. the indoor canal.. yes they have both an outdoor and an indoor canal, complete with gondola rides. roadside cafe where we stopped for a bite. a monstrosity of a pork bun. i hear it's a local eat. old colonial villas facing the bay.. oh look at the pretty flowers and the house.. anywhere but at the person sitting there. i don't know who that is. nope, not a clue. MOVING ON.. random idiot. Macau Bay.. unimpressive i know. the weather there was a constant 24/7 haze. D8 spastic. it tastes better than it looks, really. fish with an assortment of beancurd skin, radishes and other miscelleanous but totally edible ingredients. reminds me of oden. fish meat wrapped in chili skin.. and totally nonspicy! :D spring onion buns omnyomnyom best roast pork ever. faces in your leftovers. freaky or what. finally, China comes up with its own fast food! McD has Ronald, guess who China has. i spy rice! we actually ate here and the food wasn't halfbad. healthier than your regular fast food chain, at least. they had soup! really .. not bad. :B rabbits! i am aghast. they're for eating, but but but but THEY ARE RABBITS. D8 Franc Franc. a designer household store in Festival Walk, HK. someday half the furniture in my house [or at least my room] will come from here. :B And it's goodbye and back to the real world. owell. thanks for stopping by. by the way, JetStar isn't bad for a budget airline. better than Tiger Air in my opinion anyways. hehe.

tired is tired. just came back from EOY '08, atmosphere was somehow lacking compared to last year's. there weren't any particularly brilliant teams, nor much enthusiasm floating. people seemed to treat the booths more like an exhibition [well to us anyways D8], and it was pretty much a disappointment to the extent that we actually left early because it was just getting so.. boring. oh and did i mention that our booth wasn't exactly strategically located, there was this space in front and cosers kept posing in front of our booth, so most of them photos prolly now have random shots of us in the background stuffing our faces with BK. and now i've got a gajillion things to pack before i catch my don't miss me alright :B

well, so too bad for us, stupid Michelle couldn't finish it on time, from mid-Nov to early-Dec to a couple days back. how unprofessional can that woman get! then again, i guess it's fine, we'll just go as DMC fans. haha. SATSUGAIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1!111 Rentx new assignment, i've got a couple of ideas in my head about what to do about it already! :B Character animation.. aklsairjhi. laaaaaaaaazy. this week was breezier compared to others, aside from the fact i had to rush out some stuff for this Saturday, but that's fun and joy, fun and joy. pretty average week. [not.] way too fast. dizzy and confused. i don't know how to react, how to tell you to stop. slow down. please.
