have been at my school's graduation show for 2 days. sometimes i feel that all it takes is a little trip down memory lane to remember what it was like to feel inspired and young. okay okay i'm not that old and far gone. but really, when i was there hanging out and checking out all the juniors' stuff, seeing fresh new styles struck me hard. i felt pretty recharged after that despite all my whining and shit thank you for putting up with all that crap, you know who you are. :] most of my previous angst has been wiped clean now, it's the people listening patiently to my griping and grumbling who never fail to make me feel better and assure me that it's okay amidst disapproving looks. -laughs- if you haven't gathered yet from recent posts, i've been wavering on my commitments [yet] again. but i think it'll be alright now. people can give me lots of advice, but it always boils down to: what do i want to do? i can safely say that what i want to do right now, takes place on the other side of the world.. and that dream is dying slowly, when i come home and realize the implications and difficulties it presents for my family. i'm sorry you guys, we may not be able to actualize the plan we always intended. :C and in other non-related news, Japan has suffered a major earthquake and tsunami. i hope my relatives and friends there are safe and sound. :C |
