my friends and i had a theory while at Old Airport Rd Food Center the other day: that maybe the reason why now most of the food we eat are just reasonably tasty to us and not fantastically delicious is because we've been fed that standard of food for most of our lives, that our stomachs have been conditioned to accept this level of awesomeness as 'average' and now we can only detect it if it's below the usual quality. it's plausible, right? :D I WANT OLD AIRPORT ROAD BEANCURD! my cravings are spilling all over any social network on the internet that i'm wedged into. :c |
